Did you know?
- You can convert existing structures on your property or portions of your home to accommodate an ADU or JADU.
- Building and Planning application fees are now waived for new ADUs and JADUs that comply with the Town's setback requirements.
- The Town now allows ADUs above detached garages.
Come join us to learn about how the Town is making it easier than ever to develop ADUs, meeting State housing mandates while preserving the single-family residential character of our community. At this workshop, you'll learn what you can build, your options for how you can build, what to expect in the planning and building processes, and much more! The Planning Department will have their team present to answer questions during the event.
