Road construction: 2020 Slurry Seal Project

Road Construction: 2020 Slurry Seal Project

Road work is scheduled to begin Monday, August 31st. The Town of Atherton has contracted American Asphalt for the 2020 Slurry Seal Project. The contractor’s purpose is to crack seal, slurry seal and replacement of ADA ramps. During this project, you may experience some delays and roadway closures, use alternate routes if possible. Atherton Train Station

The Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board of Directors will hold a virtual public hearing to discuss the proposed Atherton train station closure. The Board invites public comment on the potential closure of the Atherton station at the hearing. The public may participate via a Zoom web link and/or by phone.
