Tree Awards 2025
The Atherton Tree Committee would like to invite you to nominate an Atherton tree for a tree award. A nomination form can be found at the Town Center Public Works Department or under Arborist Services on the Town Website. Please return the nomination by May 30th, 2025. E-mail nomination to Sally Bentz-Dalton sbentz@ci.atherton.ca.us, Town Arborist or drop off at Public Works. The committee will award certificates of recognition based on the categories below:
- Most unusual species
- Best cared for
- Largest tree
- Great beauty/Specimen tree
- Old timer/ Survivor
